Registered Psychotherapist
Individual Therapy
As a Registered Psychotherapist, I’m all about creating a safe space where you can truly connect, heal, and grow. I’m passionate about helping people, whether that’s through listening, working together, or exploring the challenges of human experiences.
Navigating life as a young adult, especially during big transitions in school or work, can feel overwhelming at times. It’s totally normal to face moments of self-doubt, stress, or burnout along the way.
I’m here to help you work through those tough moments and support you in building confidence, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.
I believe in working together with you to find solutions that truly fit your life. I believe that clients are the experts in their own story, so I’ll listen closely to your experiences and help you set meaningful goals that feel right for you.
My ultimate goal is to create a space where you can be yourself—no judgment, just genuine connection. My approach is warm, caring, and all about building trust as you move forward.

Certified Paediatric Sleep Consultant
Paediatric Sleep Support
As a former SickKids nurse and mom of two, I understand first-hand how lack of sleep affects a family, both mentally and emotionally. It even shows up in the everyday ways you care for each other.
Now, as a certified pediatric sleep consultant, I’m passionate about working with exhausted families to help their babies, toddlers, and young children sleep through the night, so your whole family can finally rest, reset, and reconnect.
My approach is family-centered because I believe your values matter, and I understand that each family and child is unique. I focus on collaborating with parents because my time as a pediatric nurse taught me that, although I may be an expert in sleep, you are the expert on your child. Sleep training can feel overwhelming, and I always use a compassionate approach. My job is to remove the stress, judgement, and confusion so you can focus on connection and confidence. I will be here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Children ages 0 months to 7 years old.
Here is what you will get:
Customized sleep plan tailored to your child.
1-hour on-boarding consultation to review your plan and prepare for sleep training
